Information We Collect

This website is a static marketing site. We do not provide user accounts or comments. Ticket purchases and checkout are provided by Humanitix.

When you visit the site, analytics and advertising tools may automatically collect information such as pages viewed, interactions with the site, referring pages and campaign information, approximate location, browser and device information, and online identifiers stored in cookies or similar technologies.

If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, name, message, and any details included in the email.

Google Analytics may use a first-party cookie to distinguish browsers and sessions and may collect site activity, approximate location, and browser or device information. Microsoft UET may collect site activity and advertising-conversion information and may use pseudonymous visitor, session, and advertising-click identifiers.

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser may send technical request information, such as your IP address and user agent, to Google when those font files are requested.

The site links to Instagram and uses Humanitix for ticket links, popup ticketing, and the embedded checkout. Those services handle your information under their own privacy policies. Ticket purchases and other transactions happen through Humanitix, not on this website.

Cookies

Google Analytics, Microsoft UET, and the Meta Pixel may set or access first-party and third-party cookies or similar identifiers, depending on their configuration, your browser, and your privacy choices. Internal Advertising Tool and Advertising Platform API Data

Totally! Comedy Show operates Totally Comedy Ads API, a private internal tool used only by the company's owners and authorized team members to access, analyze, and manage the company's own advertising accounts. The tool may access Google Ads information such as advertising account and customer IDs, campaign configuration, campaign status, and performance or reporting data. It also accesses Meta advertising-account, campaign, and performance data using a Meta token with the permissions needed to manage Totally! Comedy Show’s own advertising. It uses authentication information needed to connect authorized users or service identities to those accounts.

We use this information only to authenticate authorized access and to review, operate, analyze, and manage Totally! Comedy Show's own advertising. The tool is not offered to the public or to third parties, and we do not sell Google user data or advertising-platform data. Credentials and tokens are kept in access-restricted local configuration and are not published in source control. We retain advertising data only for as long as reasonably needed for these business purposes, security, troubleshooting, and legal recordkeeping.

Totally! Comedy Show's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Questions or requests may be sent to [email protected].

Retention

We keep email and business communications for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose they were provided, ordinary recordkeeping, or legal requirements.

Your Choices

You can ask us to review, update, or delete personal information you have sent to us, subject to legal and business recordkeeping requirements.

Data Deletion Instructions

To request deletion of personal information that Totally! Comedy Show holds in connection with your use of this website or our Meta advertising activity, email [email protected] with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Include the email address or other identifier associated with your request, if available, and enough information for us to identify the relevant record. We may request information needed to verify the request. After verification, we will delete or de-identify information we control unless we need to retain it for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes. Information processed by Meta is subject to Meta’s own privacy controls and retention practices.
