These Terms of Service govern use of Totally Comedy Ads API, a private internal advertising tool operated by Totally! Comedy Show ("Totally Comedy," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Purpose and Authorized Users

Totally Comedy Ads API is used by Totally Comedy's owners and authorized team members to access, analyze, and manage Totally Comedy's own advertising accounts programmatically. The tool is not offered to the public, advertisers outside Totally Comedy, or other third parties.

You may use the tool only if Totally Comedy has expressly authorized you to do so. You must use only the accounts and data that Totally Comedy has authorized you to access.

2. Acceptable Use

Authorized users must use the tool lawfully, follow applicable advertising platform policies, protect account credentials, and comply with instructions provided by Totally Comedy. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the tool or its connected services, disclose credentials, use advertising data for an unrelated purpose, or provide the tool to another person without permission.

3. Advertising Platform Accounts and Services

The tool may connect to services provided by third parties, including Google Ads. Use of those services remains subject to the applicable provider's terms, policies, account permissions, and technical limitations. Totally Comedy does not control the availability or operation of third-party services.

4. Advertising Actions

The tool may provide authorized functionality to review advertising information and, when enabled, create or manage Totally Comedy's advertising campaigns and settings. Users are responsible for reviewing requested actions and ensuring that they are authorized before execution. Access to the tool does not by itself authorize a user to approve spending or make business decisions beyond the authority separately granted by Totally Comedy.

5. Privacy and Data

Our handling of information in connection with the tool is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The tool, website content, branding, and related materials are owned by Totally Comedy or their respective licensors. These Terms grant authorized users only a limited, revocable right to use the tool for the internal purpose described above. They do not transfer ownership or grant a right to distribute, resell, or commercialize the tool.

7. Availability and Changes

The tool is provided for internal business use and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the tool is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Totally Comedy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the tool.

9. Termination of Access

Totally Comedy may suspend or revoke a user's access at any time, including if the user violates these Terms, no longer requires access, or creates a security or compliance risk. Upon termination, the user must stop using the tool and return or delete credentials and confidential information as directed.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date identifies the most recent revision. Continued authorized use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
